Please read this guidance thoroughly before making travel arrangements.
The MROP is highly experiential. Each ritual experience creates the foundation for the next. Therefore, it is very important that you arrive on time and stay for the entire program. This way, you have every opportunity to reap the benefits of the full experience, reflections, and continued self-development that the MROP offers.
MROP check-in is Wednesday, April 24 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The MROP experience begins @ 4:00 PM sharp.
The MROP will conclude on Sunday, April 28 at approximately 1:00 PM.
ARRIVAL AT ARAVAIPA RANCH
Round trip transportation from Phoenix to the Aravaipa Canyon Ranch is not included in the cost of the retreat. Carpools and the sharing of transportation is recommended. The drive from the Phoenix Airport to Aravaipa Ranch takes about 2.5 hours. Detailed driving instructions will be emailed separately.
We will assist in creating carpools from the Phoenix International Airport around 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, and returning to the airport by 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 28. We recommend you make your return flight at 5:30 PM or later. Make sure that your travel plans (i.e. plane, bus, train) fit into these parameters if you do want to carpool. If you miss this window, it will be your responsibility to rent a vehicle (at your expense) or find another way to Aravaipa Canyon Ranch.
Many men from outside the local area fly in on the evening before the MROP and then make their way to the airport pickup point the next day to meet other men by 12:00 PM. Information on the cars, drivers and pickup location will be coordinated and forwarded via mail or email to everyone who expressed interest.
In order to be included in our transportation plans, you MUST complete and submit the Travel Information Form below. Meet your carpool by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 27, at the pickup location to be assigned. The carpools will leave the pickup location at the time scheduled. Please include your mobile phone number on the Travel Information Form.

DEPARTING ARAVAIPA RANCH
Plan to depart Aravaipa Ranch around 1:00 PM which will get you to the airport by about 4:00 PM. As such plan we recommend your return flight to be 5:30 PM or later.

We need some initial travel information from you if you plan to fly into Phoenix and anticipate needing ground transportation to and/or from Aravaipa Canyon Ranch.
