SOULARIZE 2021

Embracing our lives, each other and the world.
The past year has been marked by pandemic, social and political unrest, the loss of life, and unprecedented separation and isolation. It’s been a time of discord, disruption, and disillusionment.
Join us for Soularize 2021, as we come back together as men transforming men, shoulder to shoulder once again. We will reconnect in ways that offer healing and wholeness, new life and possibility for each other and the wider world. Our bodies carry wisdom and shame, trauma and holiness, bias and blessing. And they ache for re-connection. We’ll tend to them and to each other as we explore our relationships with other bodies, including the Earth and the deep union that is beneath.Through drumming, story, nature, and council, we will re-embody inner work that makes a difference in the world.
Soularize 2021 opens with registration/check-in on Thursday , October 21 and the first session starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.
Soularize 2021 will end by 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 24.
EVENT REGISTRATION
Soularize 2021 will be among the new hybrid events with both in-person and virtual attendance options. You are welcome to register to join us in-person or to take part in the event online. Our fee for in-person registration is $375 per person and for virtual attendees $100 per person. We do offer the option to men who can pay more to make a contribution towards the attendance of another man. And should you like to attend but find the cost prohibitive, please contact Brad Pickel for scholarship options.
IMPORTANT: Vaccination is required for in-person participation. Registrants will need to submit a copy of their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card via email to administrator@illuman.org upon registration. Failure to submit proof of vaccination will result in the refund of the registration fee. Proof of vaccination must be provided in advance and will not be accepted at the event.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Illuman has reserved a block of rooms for Soularize 2021 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort. The accommodations are limited in number, so we suggest you make your room reservations immediately.
Additional lodging options are available within short driving distance of the Hyatt Regency Tamaya. Please keep in mind you will need to arrange your own transportation and no reduced rates have been negotiated. Additional lodging opportunities include the following hotels:

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your registration(s), and you notify Illuman of your cancellation less than four (4) weeks before the start date of the event, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. The remaining value of your registration fee(s) will be refunded to you.
If you choose to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us with that information no later than October 3. No substitutions or transfers will be accepted after October 3.
MEALS
The following meals will be provided as part of the registration fee. We will make our best efforts to accommodate a variety of dietary conditions, but please let us know if you have any specific needs.
Friday, October 22 – Breakfast, lunch, dinner

Sunday, October 24 – Breakfast
Please note provided meals are only open to registrants and guests cannot join attendees for meals. All other meals, snacks, and beverages are at your own expense.
TRAVEL FROM ALBUQUERQUE AIRPORT
TO HYATT REGENCY TAMAYA
Rental car services are available at the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport, located approximately 25 miles from the hotel. In addition, taxis and car sharing services such as Lyft and Uber are also often used by attendees to Soularize.
